But I have a “strong” feeling that plastic surgery has played a role in his appearance.

I doubt it.
Jackson appears to have natural double eyelids so this is not something he needs to get done. You can see them clearly when he was younger.
The reason why his eyes look different at times is probably due to makeup.

Jackson’s nose looks very different in these pictures and I don’t think contouring alone is enough to create such a contrast.

Jackson’s face is looking slender these days and I’m suspecting botox might be doing rounds behind the scene.

In case you didn’t know, Jackson was born in Hong Kong, China.
He went to Korea as a teen and has since established himself as one of the most popular stars in Asia. To compete in this business, he must stand out, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he has sought cosmetic surgery to make that happen.
There are also rumors suggesting that his management agency made him go through certain transformations as a criteria to become an artist under their wings.
Now, I don’t know if this is true but will leave it for you to decide.
